What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Gary Gary ships products within the continental US, Alaska and Hawaii via USPS priority 2nd Day Air. We also deliver to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Standard orders should be delivered within 3 to 6 business days following order confirmation. Please allow up to 2 additional business days for rural zip codes. During the high season delivery may take a little longer. Expedited shipping is available – to arrange expedited shipping contact us directly at 619.832.2424 or info@garygary.net.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Gary Gary does not currently offer shipping internationally via the website. We can arrange shipping internationally through our?customer service. Please contact Gary Gary directly to arrange an international transaction at 619.832.2424

How can I track my order?

As soon as we are ready to ship your order we will send you an email with delivery information and tracking number. You will also be able to track your order from the Order Tracking tab under “My Account” from the website. It may take up to 24 hours before tracking information is updated in the system.

How do I place an Order?

Orders can be placed on our website or by phone at 619.832.2424. If you have seen an item on the site, just enter the size and quantity and save them to the shopping cart. When you’re finished shopping, click on “Shopping cart” to place your order. Price, estimated tax and availability will be displayed. You may also edit your order at this time. When you’re happy with your order, proceed to checkout.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation. An additional email will be sent to notify you that your order has shipped with a tracking link to trace your order.

Which Credit Cards and payment form are accepted?

The following credit cards are accepted at Gary Gary: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept payments through PayPal, Google Pay, and Venmo

Are my credit cards details and personal information safe?

Gary Gary guarantees that your details are completely safe with us. All information is sent encrypted to ensure total security of any sensitive information.

How Can I Return a Product?

If you are not completely satisfied with your Gary Gary products please contact us directly at 619.832.2424 or info@garygary.net. We guarantee our products to 100% satisfaction and will replace or offer a full refund. If we agree on a refund, your refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
